Aruba Real Estate Brokers website

The business

Aruba Real Estate is a brokerage with a large portfolio of island property: homes, land, investment listings. The portfolio was strong. What sat around it was not: an ageing website that few people found, and social channels that had gone quiet.

Michelle, who owns the business, came to us for a full overhaul rather than a patch. New site, new search presence, new social strategy, all at once.

The problem

The website wasn't producing leads. Buyers searching for property on Aruba were finding other brokers first, and the few who did land on the site had no obvious way to put their hand up about a particular listing. A portfolio that good was effectively invisible.

The social accounts had the same problem from the other end: followers who never saw anything worth stopping for, and no route from a post back to the property it was about.

The solution

We rebuilt the site around the portfolio. Listings lead, each one easy to browse on a phone, and every property page makes enquiring one obvious step rather than a hunt for a contact form.

Underneath it we did the unglamorous work: search optimisation so the site turns up when someone searches for property on Aruba, and a social strategy that posts the listings themselves, each one leading back to the page where you can actually enquire.

  • A new website built around the property portfolio
  • Enquiry built into every listing page
  • Search optimisation for Aruba property searches
  • An ongoing social media strategy, tied back to live listings

The results

Daily visitors went from around 150 to between 600 and 1,000, a 500% increase in traffic.

Followers grew by 35%, and the site now brings in over 100 leads a month.
