The business

Paramira365 is a hospitality business on Statia that had recently changed hands. The new owner inherited a going concern and a brand that no longer said much about it: a logo that didn't fit, and social accounts that had been sitting still long enough that most of the island had stopped looking.

The problem

On an island this size your reputation is your marketing. Paramira365 had the business but not the visibility: almost no engagement, nothing being posted, and no clear identity for people to recognise. Under new ownership it needed to look like a new chapter without becoming a stranger to the customers it already had.

The solution

We started with the logo, redrawing it into something modern and approachable the new owner was happy to put on everything. Then we built a social strategy for Statia specifically. It is a small, close community that responds to real content about real people, not to advertising written for a mainland audience.

After that it was consistency: posting regularly, running campaigns designed to get people talking rather than scrolling past, and keeping the brand identical everywhere it appeared.

  • A redrawn logo and refreshed brand identity
  • A social media strategy written for a Statia audience
  • Ongoing content and campaigns across their channels

The results

The client base doubled, and the accounts gained more than 500 new followers.

Referrals and customer stories came with them, and the team has since grown to keep up with the demand. Gwensly, the owner, says the brand finally reflects who they are.
