The business
Pure Health BV is a medical centre on Sint Maarten. Patients book, get seen, pick up prescriptions and come back, and every piece of that ran on paper, phone calls and a front desk that had to hold it all together.
They asked us for a patient portal: one secure place where a patient can handle their own appointments and records, and where the staff can stop doing it for them.
The problem
There was no portal at all. Booking a visit, asking for a repeat prescription, chasing a record: each one was a phone call, and each one landed on the same few people at the desk.
That cost the centre twice. Staff spent the day on admin that should take seconds, and patients who could not get through simply stopped trying, which is the quiet way a clinic loses touch with the people it treats.
The solution
We built one platform that covers the whole visit. Patients log in to book appointments, read their own records and pay online. The clinical team works from the same system: encounters, doctors, services, sessions and reports in one place, with a dashboard that shows the day at a glance.
It runs more than one clinic from a single login, handles telemedicine for patients who cannot travel, and sends its own reminders so nobody has to ring round. Patient data sits behind proper access control, because in healthcare that is not a feature, it is the floor.
- A patient portal for appointments, records and prescription requests
- Online payments, built into the portal
- Encounter management and reporting for the clinical team
- Multi-clinic support and telemedicine from a single login
- Automatic notifications for appointments and follow-ups

The results
Patients now book, pay and check their own records instead of phoning the desk for each one, and the admin hours that used to go into that came back to the staff.
The centre runs its clinics from a single system, and contact with patients is steadier for it, because none of it depends on getting through on the phone.
